Positively warm for an early January long, Sunday run. Ten miles today, nice and steady, out to Arthington via Pool, up Creskeld Lane to Bramhope and home down the Leeds Road.
Ten more miles takes the tally to 608 miles. So, currently averaging exactly 4.75 miles day.
