Ten mile loop up the Leeds Road to Bramhope, down Creskeld Lane than back home via Pool and the Pool Road.
Very misty high up and very damp in the air, proper feeling of autumn.
Felt good on the run, a bit tired from lots of gardening (using different muscles), but otherwise all good.
