Lovely bright sunny morning, blue skies, autumn leaves and about 2.5 degrees and windy! However, the course was dry for the fist time in months and, despite the wind, managed to improve on last week's time.
I was aiming for 18:40, but will settle for 18:45. The splits:

5 km - 3:43
