Day 125 - proper training!

Hill repeats today, proper hard work. 10 x 30 secs fast uphill, jog back down, repeat!

Do my training on East Chevin Road, the hill is about 1 in 8 at that point......

With a short warm up run, about two miles taking the tally up to 593.

Still, East Chevin Road isn't as steep as this;
