30 minute window to run today while teenager was at her guitar lesson. And it rained. Did just over 3 miles around the polite streets of Ilkley.

Big news of the day though was the arrival of my new back pack, an UltrAspire Surge (ordered from Likeys.com on Sunday). Haven't been able to test drive it yet, but was very comfortable wearing around the house.....
