Well, it must be proper cold if the roads are being gritted. Thermometer was reading 4 degrees and with a slight wind it was pretty chilly. Did 5 miles this evening as the sun set, nice orange glow in the sky and feeling good. 26.2 miles in this might be a bit more challenging on Sunday and its always so much colder in Newcastle than it is in Yorkshire!
