Day 347 - random four

Set out just to do two miles today but then decided I'd run down to the river and across to the playing fields where there is a 400 metre track marked out on the grass. Probably inspired by the World Championships from Moscow, I just fancied a couple of laps!

So, gutted to turn up to see that the football season has already kicked off (and the cricket season no where near finished!!) and the lovely running track obliterated and replaced with football pitches and even worse, footballers.

A very disconsolate trudge home.

So, just four more miles, 1,933 now run.
