18:36. Today, a good, proper race and could probably have gone faster if I'd put in more effort on the second lap. Still, beat Roy and James but couldn't hold on to Al who smashed his PB today. About a 20 second improvement I think!
Pamela ran another steady 'about 27 minutes' run.
Three more miles, 1,946 now run, just 67 miles to run in the next 14 days to hit 2,013......
