As I'm officially tapering for Sunday's Yorkshireman off-road marathon, it does actually say '3 jog' on my training schedule. So, nice easy 3 mile jog around Otley it was.
Not much else to say really, except I saw the Brownlee brother's again today, they were cycling towards Leeds as I drove home from work and their style was so distinctive it was obvious who they were from first glance (no offence to all the other cyclists out tonight.....). On their way to Carnegie for training perhaps?
Anyway, looking forward to the 100m and 800m in the paralympics tonight.
