Day 341 - fairly, fast, fresh five!

The old chestnut, why are some runs hard and some easy, even over the same old distance? Who knows. But today was one of those good ones! Nice evening again after a dull start to the day and with a bit of meandering around the streets off the usual Otley five mile route it was avery enjoyable run.
