Lunchtime run and it was a lot warmer than I expected, though my pace was also quickish, well inside 8 minute miling and without really trying. Bit weird.
Nice run though, usual seven mile loop up the Leeds Road to the Dyneley Arms, down the hill to Pool and back home along the Pool Road.
Seven more miles, 1,976 miles now run, ten days to go......
