Very warm parkrun this morning, already over 20 degrees by the start. Otherwise perfect conditions, though 18:48 felt much faster but held my place well and enjoyed the obligatory sprint finish.10th place overall.
Three more miles and the 365 challenge tally moves on to 1,773.
