Day 322 - two (Friday 19 July)

Long day out at RSPB Bempton Cliffs today, lots of trains, lots of seaside day trippers, lots of tattoos.....

Still baking hot, so just a Friday night two miler with Pamela.

Two more miles and the tally edges up to 1,797.
