Nice breeze and slightly cooler temperatures when I went out for my run at about 8.30 pm this evening. Arriving home from work it was still a stifling 27.5 degrees, I guess the 'nights are closing in'......
Three more miles and 1,787 miles now run on the 365 challenge.
