10 mile run today. Out to Pool in Wharfedale, on to Arthington then up to Bramhope via Creskeld Lane and home on the Leeds Road.
Longest run out in the new Brooks Ghost 5's and everything seems OK, feels like a much lighter ride than the Ascis.
So, one month in, 12 months to go, 151 miles run.
