Day One

So, thats day one's run completed. Just 364 to go!

Ran Leeds parkrun with Emma this morning. Good running conditions and another PB for Emma, just ducking inside 27 minutes for 26:59.

No more running today, marshalling at Alice's Run tomorrow.
